So glad to hear something on MQTT too. I wrote the MQTT app for another platform and my whole system is based around it so being able to leverage that within Core is key to me.

Out of curiousity how long does the full build take to run?
it really depends on how many changes were made. Sometimes a full build is better than just the changes. So, it varies.

I for one love watching the text, I always hit that more details button just to see if I can glean what is actually going on at the compiler or program level. I might just be weird though 
+1 on the sprinklers, they are very calming right up until the moment you notice one went out of calibration and now is squarely aiming at your house for the duration of the cycle…
