My rasberry pi needs 5w 3a. I have a step down converter, buy it only provides 2 amps. So I need a suggestion for one that will step down a 9-12v/4a to one 5v/3a barrel connection. Any ideas?
for $8 you can just get a DC PSU unless you have a specific use case.
The step down I found is $15 (with barrels. not 100% sure if size is right) which I why I suggested the above.
Yah, my ups is barrel a connector. Have my hubs connected to it but its proving troublesome for my pi.
Plenty of RC BECs will fit the bill.
