So, I was able to convince Google to open my garage door consistently. Again, keep in mind that I need to do this outside of the box. Given current circumstances. So, now I want to find other things to do. What else can I do with google? I’m looking for some new automations to implement. I think I’m going to automate our bathroom fan with a shelly 1. Now that I have a better wifi network here, I’m willing to jump into some other protocols. I’m looking forward to “other things” so I must be careful not to automate too much for right now.
Has anyone done anything with wyze? I wasn’t impressed with RTSP and removed it from most of my cameras, but now that they have come out with a new driver, is it worth switching back? would love some input on these topics.
