Not sure if this has been covered before - but is OLL (the company) registered in HK or the US?

It is currently in Hong Kong. We understand that a HK entity is not ideal for US customers, but manufacturing is located nearby and we’re benefitting from that. We are in the process of creating European, Australian, and US entities which will exist prior to shipping. The pandemic has affected this process.

Thanks - while not wishing to belabour the point too much will they come under the parent entity (a HK company) or will they all be separate legal entities?

Although that would be a normal structure, we are not allowed to comment on that at this time.
